Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged item, we will send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged product.  You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.  All we request is notification upon receipt of goods within 3 business days.  Merchandise returned because you simply wish to reduce your own stock or due to your ordering method are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  Returns must be made within 14 days after receipts of goods and must be returned unused and in good condition in the same box they were received in.  There are no refunds for artwork and shipping costs.  Send returns to Basham Management & Associates, Inc. Shipping

Orders are generally shipped by UPS or FedEx.  Or International orders are shipped through USPS.  All Shipments are sent within 1-3 Business days.  If your order is time sensitive, please make all notes within the comments section at time of order on the Contact Us page.  The balance must be paid in full prior to shipping the order.

Authorization for Print Design

Examine the print design proof carefully prior to going to print and shipping.  You are allowed 2 sets of changes for no additional cost.  Please try to make all changes at once.  On the 3rd set of changes you will be charged an additional $35.

If there are any other corrections to be made, please email the account project manager and state the changes to be made in the comment section.  After you review the attached design proof and document(s) and no changes are to be made then you will need to approve the design to go to print, email the project manager stating you approve the design in written form by replying to the email “Requesting Approval” to all interested parties to proceed and go to press.

Printer regrets any errors that may occur through production undetected but cannot be held responsible for errors if the work is printed per customer’s approval or if changes are communicated verbally.

Authorization for Website Design

Examine the website design proof carefully prior to going live.  You are allowed 2 sets of design changes for no additional cost and unlimited text changes during the design prior to going live.  Please try to make all changes at once.  On the 3rd set of design changes you will be charged an additional $75.

Review the attached proof and document(s) and email the account project manager and include all interested parties stating in written form you approve the website design and content and approve for the website to go live.
